Your payment options:

You can purchase your NEO products using either credit card or Paypal.

To use your credit card, click "Enter Store" and use "Continue" to arrive at the Billing Information page where you can enter your credit card details.

To use your Paypal account you have two options:
- Quick checkout: Click the button for the product of your choice.
- Need more licenses or like to pay in Euro's? Click "Enter Store" and make your selections. Once done, click the available "PayPal Buy Now" button to checkout through your Paypal account.

Issuing of licenses:
Your license(s) will be emailed to you after purchase approval which normally only takes a few minutes. Occasionally verification can take up to maximum 24 hours. When using Paypal, your license(s) will be sent to your Paypal email account or to the email address supplied on the Paypal site. When you have not received your license within 24 hours please contact us at customercare@caelo.com.

Invoice/Receipt:
When purchasing your license using credit card, your invoice/receipt will be available online after confirming your order. When using Paypal, your receipt will be available on your Paypal account.

Payment terms:
All products come with a fully functional evaluation license valid between 14 to 60 days depending on the product. Therefore licenses cannot be returned or refunded for any issue that could have been reasonably detected during the Evaluation Period. For the Online Email Training a separate refund guarantee is applicable which can be found here. All payments will be charged directly to your credit card or your Paypal account once you click 'Send Order' on the Order Confirmation page - no cancellations are possible afterwards.
