Background
Microsoft has released New Outlook which is replacing (only) the online Mail and Calendar app.
Despite its name, it is not a replacement or successor for (the now called) classic Outlook.
Also, New Outlook's functionalities are a simple subset of the many features with which Outlook is equipped
NEO Pro/Find wasn't compatible with the free online Mail app of Microsoft (as this runs without Outlook installed).
For the same reason, NEO Pro and our other products aren't compatible with this New Outlook Web product.
Solution
Current status is that New Outlook is not using the MAPI interface which is needed to allow an external product to interact with Outlook.
Therefore, NEO Pro and NEO Find cannot work with New Outlook.
If a future version of New Outlook comes with the MAPI interface, then our NEO products should work as usual.
The regular (classic) Outlook continues to be the product for Office/Microsoft 365 (together with the other products like Word/Excel of that product suite).
To use any of our products, continue to use Classic Outlook.
