How to enable/disable Full Logging on NEO Pro/NEO Find to support error debugging

Background
With any release there are errors occuring in every day and widespread usage which are hard to find under more controlled testing in the development environment.
To better diagnose these errors in the field, latest NEO Pro 8 and NEO Find 4 versions have a hidden option to switch on Full Logging to capture detailed software behavior to better analyse such errors.
As this full logging is impacting performance (and the logfile continues to add data), this is only to be used on instructions by Caelo Support and to be switched off after the error has been captured.
Therefore, once enabled, NEO Pro/NEO Find will show a reminder at every startup in case this logging is still enabled.
How to enable/disable Full Logging
To enable Full Logging, follow these steps:
Go in NEO Pro / NEO Find to Tools, Options
While the Options window is showing press Ctrl+Alt+H to show the Hidden Options page
Check the box to enable Full Logging, click OK and allow the product to restart. With the restart a reminder will show that Full Logging is enabled.
How to use Full Logging:
Run the product as normal, or perform the steps which may trigger the error
Once the error shows which needs to be reported to Caelo Support, close the error and NEO Pro/NEO Find
Go to the directory containing the logfiles which are for NEO Pro normally located in C:\users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Caelo\NEO Pro\8.0\Logs and for NEO Find in C:\users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Caelo\NEO Find\4.0\Logs
Send the error file NEOProFullLogging.txt or NEOFindFullLogging.txt to Caelo Support. In case the file is too large to send by email use a filetransfer service like WeTransfer.
PLEASE NOTE: do not leave full logging enabled for longer than necessary; however, if needed, there is no issue in keeping it active for several days. When the error still doesn't show in a few days, please consult Caelo Support how to continue.
To disable Full Logging, follow these steps:
Go in NEO Pro / NEO Find to Tools, Options
While the Options window is showing press Ctrl+Alt+H to show the Hidden Options page
Uncheck the box to enable Full Logging, click OK and allow the product to restart.
