Database Error: 95 - the database session is no longer valid

Applies to NEO (Std) 3 and NEO Pro 3
Problem This problem may be triggered when the database engine has stopped. This may be due to a closedown of the engine, w3dbsmgr.exe or w32mkde.exe, via the task manager, or a hard shutdown of your machine.
Workaround The Caelo team is working to eliminate this defect. There is currently no resolution although the chances of this reoccurring are very low. The work around is to close your applications and restart your computer.
Status We are working on resolving the defect to prevent this error from occuring.
