Security prompt unexpectedly appears when Replying or Forwarding

Problem The following prompt ("A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?") appears when replying to or forwarding messages:
Note that when using the NEO New message To feature and sending support logs, however, it is normal that the above dialog appears.
The problem occurs using Outlook XP after installing the Office XP Service Pack 3, but does not occur when using other Office versions.
Background Office XP Service Pack (SP3), published by Microsoft on 9 March 2004, includes several security enhancements. One of these enhancements causes the above "security guard" prompt to be incorrectly displayed. Note that this does not represent a security breach by NEO.
