How do I connect to the webinar?
One day before the webinar, youíll receive an email with details on how to connect to the webinar. For audio simply use your computer speakers or use a headphone with your computer. You may choose to call in using the conference number provided if preferred.
Do I receive reference material?
Yes, shortly after the webinar you will receive a download link to the reference material.
Is there a teacher or is this a recorded session?
There is a live instructor presenting the webinar who will be able to answer your questions during the Q&A session (time permitting). Also the intructor may use a few polls during the webinar to get real-time input from the participants - responses can be given using your keyboard.
Can I ask questions during the webinar?
Time permitting, there will be a desigated Q&A session at the end of the webinar. Or you can send your questions to the email address provided in the webinar invitation.
Do I have to say anything during the webinar?
No, you don't have to. You will join the webinar in listen-only mode. At the end, participants may ask questions during the Q&A session.
Can I invite others to join as well?
Yes, you can. For a single registration fee you may invite others to view the webinar in the same room on the same computer. Questions however can only be asked by the registered person.
Can I cancel my webinar registration?
You may cancel your registration up till 5 business days prior to the webinar for a full refund of your registration fee. If you are unable to attend, you may always reschedule your webinar to another session or have someone else join the session.
