Error: 80004005-02: A dialog box is open. Close it and try again

Problem NEO uses an invisible copy of Outlook to perform actions and execute menu commands. This error occurs when NEO is attempting to create an invisible copy of Outlook, and a dialog box is already open in Outlook.
Switch to Outlook and close the Outlook dialog box. Then retry the action in NEO.
If no dialog box is visible in Outlook, or if there is no Outlook task on the Windows task bar, it may be necessary to stop OUTLOOK.EXE using the Windows Task Manager. Remember to close NEO and all open messages before stopping OUTLOOK.EXE.
